I moved back into my parents house and I transfered from CSU-P to UCCS. I currently work at a movie theatre, which is a fun job, and I'm looking to get another one. I still do not have a car but I am expecting to get one in the next few weeks. Philosophical discussions always get me going, concerts, outdoor sports such as rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, spelunking (exploring caves), river rafting and chess.
Sorry to all of you LJ lovers but since myspace is better on several aspects, but sucks as a blogger, I'm pasting in my interests from Myspace.
General:
I like rock climbing, reading, white water rafting, and being with my friends.
Music:
Oasis, The Beatles, Cavilier King, Sublime, The Shins, The Clash, The Doors, The Who, All American Rejects, Floggin Molly, Bob Marley, Led Zeplin, Breaking Benjamin, Crossfade, Chevelle, The Cure, Cat Stevens, Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, Foreigner, The Jams, Green Day, Tenacious D, Incubus, Jack Johnson, Moby, British Sea Power, Pink Floyd, Puddle of Mudd, Radio Head, Three Doors Down, Three Days Grace, The Used, Postal Service,
Movies:
Fight Club, War of the Worlds, Batman Begins, The Godfather, Full Metal Jacket, Garden State, Gattica, The Matrix (all), I Robot, Short Circut, Citizen Kane, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, X-Men 1 and 2, Vanilla Sky, Star Wars (all),Donny darko, Team America, Kung Fu Hustle, Spider Man 1 and 2, Fantastic 4, Collateral, The Dukes of Hazzard, American History X, Requiem for a Dream, and the Monty Python Movies
Television:
Television is a leading cause in the degredation of society. It was initially created as a tool to speed communication. Now we post our own attrocities on public display to see who can create the biggest ripple.
Books:
I read alot but mostly I like mystery novels, classical liturature and some philosophy. I like Dan Brown alot and Aldous Huxley, Brave New World and Prineal Philosophies are good. It's hard to choose my favorite but Guliver's Travels is always a classic as well as The Old Curosity Shop, Three Musketeers, Deception Point, The Annals (Tacituis), Crime and Punishment, Da Vinci Code, The Hound of Baskervilles, and The letters of the younger Pliny; thats just a start, the list goes on. I also read some informational books.
Heroes:
Jack the Ripper - Any one who can bring the social decay of society to a halt is good with me, Indiana Jones - those who know me will understand, Chuck Norris
